Cindy Klein exhibits a positive attitude and up beat personality. Known by many of her customers as “ Pookiey” she makes the purchasing experience fun, relaxing and most important memorable. She was born and raised in the town of Opelousas, LA. Cindy is a mother of Mallory, Kimberly,  Gabe and Mémé (grandmother) to Chandler and Wyatt. In her spare time she enjoys Zydeco music, dancing, working in her yard and shopping trips.

Cheryl isn’t new to the automobile industry. She has over 19 years experience under her belt. Some of her daily tasks include answering service questions to overseeing all the Toyota service techs, oil and quick lube techs and service writers. Cheryl is an avid hunter and fisher she also enjoys camping and out door activities. Married to Pat Miller she is the mother of Kristen, Jennifer, Heather, and Patrick “Lil Pat”. She is also a grand mother of five. Born and raised in Bastrop, La and currently resides in Sunset, LA.

Brad has been an automotive technician for 10+ years. He has received the highest honor and title of Master Toyota Certified Technician. He is certified to work on all Toyota and Hybrid vehicles such as Prius, Camry and Highlander. Originally from West Palm Beach Florida, Brad moved to Louisiana in 2004. Currently resides in Opelousas, LA. Brad enjoys riding his sport bike, working out and weekend trips. He is a Miami Dolphins fan (we don’t hold that against him) and sports enthusiast. Brad is engaged to Tina Lavergne and has plans for their wedding at the end of 2011

Rebecca Courvelle has customer service down to a science. She makes purchasing a vehicle an unforgettable experience. Rebecca being a third generation Courvelle and was raised with a strong belief that the customer is invaluable. Rebecca has been working for the dealership since 1996 and has been on the sales staff and internet manager since 2000.

Being is sales, getting spare or down time is priceless so when Rebecca has it she enjoys spending it with family and friends especially her daughter Ella.

Troy has been working in the parts department for Toyota since 1986. Over 25 years ago he started in Baton Rouge and thought out his career has also worked in the Alexandria market. Courvelle was fortunate enough to employ Troy back in 2006. Since then he has become an asset to the dealership.  In Troy’s time off he enjoys fishing and is a sports enthusiast.

Mike is no stranger to parts department and customer service. He has over 23 years of parts knowledge and over 15 years with Toyota. Stationed at the front parts counter, Mike is the man you will most likely speak too and see.  Away from the dealership Mike enjoys officiating baseball, softball, basketball, and football games. He is a brother of the Masonic fraternity for over 27years. Mike enjoys time with his son Kyle and daughter Katelyn. Mike also has his new found love of motorcycles.

 Eric "Pork Chop" Halpern

 

Internet and Social Net Work Manager

Eric better know to his friends and customers as "Pork Chop" has been with Courvelle Toyota since Feb. of 2003. Eric works with internet customers throught the purchase process. He also works with the local Scion group and organizes grass root events year round to connect the dealership to community. He also invites  Scion owners to come out and display their pride and joy at Courvelle Carshows. If you ever get a chance to come in to experience one of his events you will get to feel the "Happy Town" vibe. Eric is recognized by Toyota as a Master Certified Toyota sales consultant, a Truck Champion and Scion Guru 1 of only 60 in the United States.. Eric is married to his high school sweetheart Kim and they have 3 boys Aaron, Ashton, and Ayden. In his spare time enjoys sports with the family, road trips and playing slow pitch softball. Every now and then you'll catch him and his wife cutting a rug!
